Is there a free trial available?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, we have a plan that's completely free. Upgrade at any time, and downgrade whenever you want without losing your account.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time. Please be aware that we do not prorate billing nor do we issue refunds due to the nature of the services provided. We will continue to fulfill service until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point, your account will automatically be downgraded to our free plan.
Do you use my data to train AI models? 
We don't currently use any client data to train AI models. Should we change that policy in the future, you will certainly receive an email notifying you of the change to our policies, and we will give you the opportunity to opt out.
Do I own what you create for me?
Absolutely. You will always own the assets either:

a) that we create for you; or
b) that you upload to our systems.


The only time you won't own something is if a portion of the deliverable includes licensable IP strictly owned by Caspian but licensed to you perpetually for the life of the asset. Please see our master service agreement for further details.
How does billing work?
Caspian offers two types of plans:

Platform Access: 

Our platform access plans are designed for companies that simply want to use our software without committing to a monthly retainer.

Done-for-You Project Management ("Ask Caspian"):

Our fulfillment based retainers are designed for companies that want to offload their creative workflows to our team. You can upgrade to one of these plans on an as-needed basis or downgrade to the free or another available platform access plan at any time. These plans offer access to the Ask Caspian button, and allow your team to send us project management requests with a single click.
